Let me start off by saying the 5 star review is personal to Sean DeSilva! If you need to get anything done in this location you either need to be dealing directly with Sean D. or the service manager Susan T to Sean DeSilva! If you need to get anything done in this location you either need to be dealing directly with Sean D. or the service manager Susan T. herself! As for the rest of the service reps Good Luck trying to get a simple question answered! From calling and waiting on hold to them seriously telling you someone is going to assist you and leave you on hold to never pick up the phone line again! These are the issues that make you want to go meet them in person! Their service department seriously needs to be revamped because it has sucked since I purchased my vehicle! What they really need is to have Sean D. train new hires in the service department and retrain the ones that are unfortunately already in the service department! Again if you need to have service done at this location be sure you are dealing DIRECTLY with Sean DeSilva! Don't let me be the voice in your head that tells you "I told you so" when you're dealing with anyone other than SeanD. Personally I really don't care who likes this review as I'm tired of having to complain about the service and getting the manager involved. Jeannette Rivera More

I visited Herb Chambers Honda to get service for the first time Friday. Sean DeSilva was my Service Advisor, and he was terrific and so helpful. He reviewed which services I needed to have done, explained them to me, gave me an accurate estimate for the cost of the work, and applied an internet coupon. If they had found anything unexpected problems, he would have called and told me the additional cost if I had chosen to go forward. He was a pleasure to deal with and also said good things about the service manager at my "home" Honda dealership, which is what you want to hear and reflects well on both dealerships. Gold Star to Sean DeSilva and his team. The car was ready when he said it would be. I chose to work with this dealership because I am away from my "home" dealership and my visiting sister, who lives in VA, has come here three times for service over the years and recommended them based on her experience. They fit me in the same week I called! I am very pleased with my experience with the dealership and Sean DeSilva. This was great customer service. More

Sean DeSilva is really fantastic. I was in twice earlier this month - the first time to look at a sensor that hadn't been reset after an oil change, and the second time for a state in I was in twice earlier this month - the first time to look at a sensor that hadn't been reset after an oil change, and the second time for a state inspection. On both times Sean took care of me right away and made sure that everything was done efficiently and professionally. I really appreciate his attentiveness and care in getting everything right and in quick time. More
