I have had nothing but bad experiences with this dealership since buying my vehicle here. Literally every time I call it goes to voicemail. I always leave messages and not once has my call been retu dealership since buying my vehicle here. Literally every time I call it goes to voicemail. I always leave messages and not once has my call been returned. I have had to call repeatedly to get someone on the phone. When I did get to speak with someone they were unfamiliar with my purchase and promised to get back to me. I live an hour and a half from the dealership and when they failed to give me an inspection sticker they suggested that I drive there. I had to track down another dealership under the Key group and they were infinitely more helpful in five minutes than the Rochester was the entirety of my experience with them. I regret using this dealership and it’s a good thing that I love my vehicle because it’s the only good thing to come from this interaction. More
