Was sold on a 2022 Maverick customer order through my own research. Weary of other local dealers due to previous experiences, I went to Wall's where Jack Simko met me upon arrival. Instantly let me set up an research. Weary of other local dealers due to previous experiences, I went to Wall's where Jack Simko met me upon arrival. Instantly let me set up an order and explained the process. No pressure was applied and I order the vehicle exactly as I had desired. He explained the process through Ford accurately, making me aware of the steps upon the way. His time frame provided was spot on along with Ford's. He checked in multiple times throughout the process. During Ford's expected arrival window, he gave me a call while I was on vacation. We scheduled a pickup time a few days out. The whole process was simple and streamlined with Wall's and Jack being very considerate of my time. Great experience and still in love with the vehicle! Thanks Jack and the entire Wall's family. I'll be back for accessory orders soon! More

Have been buying and having our cars maintained and repaired by Wall’s for about 25 years. Obviously we think they are great to work with and know what they are doing. The service crew and parts crew repaired by Wall’s for about 25 years. Obviously we think they are great to work with and know what they are doing. The service crew and parts crew are very knowledgeable and very helpful. Derek, Sean, Steven, and Bryan in service and Mike and his crew in parts are easy to work with and very attentive. Derek and Mike tend to be our go to persons because we’ve known them so long. But all have helped us with just as much friendliness and contentiousness. Also the repair and maintenance people are doing their jobs or we wouldn’t still be going there. John Wall himself is a very decent and helpful person as well. A Plus all around. More
