Walls Ford has always been right there when I needed them, ever since my son bought a Ford Fusion when they were in Amesbury. This trip was for an oil change but also to look at a rear tail light. Steve and Bob worked with me to come to a resolution and although I didn't end up buying the replacement from Ford they offered to install it for me. For me that's real service, putting the customer first. That's why we have a Ford Escape and Ford EcoSport, both of which are running fine due to regular maintenance at Walls ! More
