I had my vehicle at the Corwin Toyota of Bellevue on July 31st, receiving several maintenance repairs that they had recommend a few days prior during an oil change appointment. Repairs included radiator hose replacements, resealing of the oil pan, and serpentine belt replacement. About a week later on Aug 9, my vehicle began losing power while I was driving at night. I pulled over and returned to the vehicle the next morning, where I was able to start it and get it to a close by Autozone. They recommended a new battery. I assumed the power was fixed, but experienced the same issue a week later on Aug 15. I took it to a near by repair shop, Ally Auto Service. They could tell repairs had been made recently due to the new parts and then noticed that the alternator had not been properly reconnected. I reached out to Corwin regarding the issue on August 17 through their website contact email so that I could supply them with the report from Ally detailing what they found. I received an automated text response shortly after confirming that they got inquiry. I have yet to receive a response from an actual employee. I have responded to the auto message several times asking for someone to contact me, and each time I just get another auto response saying someone will reach out to me shortly. I’m not sure how such a huge oversight like this could be made during repairs. I’m also not sure why it would take so long to review this matter and contact me back. Clearly Tech and Supervisor are not properly checking over their work and ensuring their customers repairs are correct. More

Staff interactions felt impersonal and lacked the basic communication and customer service needed to help a new customer feel welcomed and informed. Better signage, clearer instructions, and more proactive communication would significantly improve the experience. More
