Jennifer Crawford at Volvo Cars STL was wonderful to work with. She really went beyond being just the sales rep-she helped get us a great deal so we could drive in the car we really wanted. I first met Paul when he was helping my wife find a car. He was honest, fair and was willing to work with us to find my wife the car she really wanted. Well, she found it but the numbers weren’t quite righ He was honest, fair and was willing to work with us to find my wife the car she really wanted. Well, she found it but the numbers weren’t quite right but instead of wishing us good luck on our search he worked to get the number to where we needed it and now my wife has a car she loves! My wife is a hard person to impress but she was really impressed by Paul and appreciative of his help. So much so that she incouraged me to trade my car in a week later and work with Paul as well. We have a growing family and I needed a bigger car so I set an appointment up with Paul. He called the night before to let me know he had a car brought over from another one of their dealerships that I was interested in. I tried that car but wasn’t completley sold… then tried another, still wasn’t sold. Thinking I mignt not find what I wanted there, Paul mentioned a Ford Escape that i hadn’t noticed. Turns out it was a perfect match! Once again, Paul worked to get the numbers right so I could make this beauty mine. I hated to give up my 2 seater truck but the Escape has all the room I need for my wife and girls and it’s just a great vehicle. Paul was 2 for 2 in finding us a vehicle we love! He’s a friendly and personalble person and is not going to force you into a car you don’t want or upsell you. I feel like he is the type to work just as hard for you whether you are looking at a $200,000 car or a $10,000 car. Salesman like that are hard to find. We have 2 girls who will need cars eventually and we will for sure go to Paul and the Dean Team for their search as well. Everyone up there were friendly and very accomodating. Out fiance manger, Brian, was awesome as well and got us some great rates. Thank you Paul for all your help! We really appreciate it! Make sure to ask for Paul if you set up an appointment at the Volvo location. If he is wearing a college logo sure be sure to ask him why he supports that team… More

He was patient as I made the decision between new vs. CPO. He maintained an open line of communication for all questions. He frequently sent me new cars that matched my preferences when they became available. The team went above and beyond to ensure we were satisfied with our purchase. Even though it was a CPO, Pat ensured that the car was detailed/spotless with a full tank of gas. Thanks for the attention to detail and willingness to help. I talked to Paul. But I am very disappointed in the treatment I received from him. He said he couldn’t give me a cash offer it would have to be a trade in! But did not want to tell me how much the trade in offer would be. He said he couldn’t give me near what i asked for and i kept asking how much would you give me and he just kept saying he couldn’t tell me! Once again I'm very disappointed with this gentleman. More

Nowadays, it commonly seen that most salespersons just don't do enough good job and their only objective is to get as much money out of your pocket as possible. But I must say not the case with Sean Ho don't do enough good job and their only objective is to get as much money out of your pocket as possible. But I must say not the case with Sean Hogan. he delivers an incredible service and gives a very pleasant experience while working to get you the very best haggle free price on your vehicle. I must say that this was my best experience with a salesperson and dealership in quite awhile. Sean was very informative, professional and patient while answering any and all questions or concerns. Just save some respect for yourself...I recently Just save some respect for yourself... I recently purchased a preowned vehicle (only 35k miles) and traded mine in. Everyone knows trading in vehicle Just save some respect for yourself... I recently purchased a preowned vehicle (only 35k miles) and traded mine in. Everyone knows trading in vehicles you get less than what it’s worth (gave me 18k and sold 2 weeks later for 26k) but in my case, I was getting a better vehicle for my daily use or so I believed, so I was willing to look past it. However, I got the car… 3 days after owning it the battery went junk, had to jump the battery 3 times, and had to get it replaced. (dealership says “oh those things happen sometimes being electrical”). I soon put the car on a lift and realized it was louder than normal because the car had the muffler cut out, so I had bought an aftermarket exhaust to put on it. I asked the dealer about this (just trying to know what other modifications had been done) and Mark instantly called me a liar and I was making it up, because “they wouldn’t ever sell a car without a muffler” and I didn’t take a photo of it on the car and had taken the photo once removed. (oh was I pissed). The head mechanic steps in and said he remembered the car and it was straight piped but in Missouri that’s allowed as long as it’s all the way back as a tailpipe. (I accepted that because I don’t know the laws for the state) Mark never once said an apology and let his ego act like he was better than me. A week after this I noticed I was having an oil leak. Took it back to the dealer and they said it was leaking from the valve cover. (the head mechanic called me, and said that if it was his car he would take it to a different dealer because since they are a Volvo dealer, they don’t know much about other motors) So I take it to a Honda dealership, they said there was no leak it just looked like it was a sloppy oil change and they poured oil down the backside of the engine and it just continued to drip. (absolutely pathetic service from their department.) Now I’m just trying to sell the thing as I continue to have a handful problems with the car and have spent 2k into it. All this place cares about is getting your money and running, Service and Respect for the customer is tossed out the window once you sign. We all learn from our mistakes, hopefully others can learn from mine. More
