Michele, unfortunately this simply isn't true. Of course the vehicle wasn't certified at 90K and we're not sure where you got what needed to be done at 90K as you stated the vehicle needed certain flushes which we don't even do. All 90K recommendations from Toyota from a factory certified technician were performed. It sounds like the issue was you wanted $5,991 off the price and we simply don't have that kind of markup in the vehicle as it is already priced right in the market. I would love to still offer some type of help (although Matt who you spoke with offered a 1 year powertrain warranty for free due to your concerns) but unfortunately we sold the vehicle the same day you left.
