The representatives in the dealership were not welcoming, had to get out of my car and go inside to ask what to do, the one drop off bay had to two cars inside already with no one with them and the second dr had to get out of my car and go inside to ask what to do, the one drop off bay had to two cars inside already with no one with them and the second drop off bay had to two cars outside with no drivers in them. I waited has the signs say and after 10 minutes I finally went inside. The waiting area was dirty and the snack/coffee area was not stocked. When my car was the done the service rep called my name didn't introduce herself and did not go over services done -- just asked me to sign the two papers and handed them to me. This is my second service appt and each time has been very disappointing. More

The atmosphere was warm and inviting, welcoming to each customer was something you don’t get too often. Everyone so courteous and polite that took off the anxiety in purchasing a new vehicle for the first customer was something you don’t get too often. Brought my ioniq5 for a routine 16k mile service. After waiting for 5hrs, i was told everything was done: tires realigned, rotated, air and all fluids topped off, and - per my request - cabin filter After waiting for 5hrs, i was told everything was done: tires realigned, rotated, air and all fluids topped off, and - per my request - cabin filter and wipers replaced and sent on my way. Shortly after leaving, i had the wiper fluid warning come up. I checked tire pressure and saw that all the tires were still at the exact psi when i brought them in. Even worse, the tires were in the same place they had been. No rotation had been done. Then noticed that the OBD cable was left hanging in the driver footwell. I realized that apart from wiper being replaced, Nothing else had been done. I'd paid over $300 for the "service". I had to take the car back the following day, insist that everything be redone and wait another 3 hours. I maintained composure (because, of course), but this is completely unacceptable! More

My experience with this dealership was so bad they had my car for almost two months & fixed something that probably really wasn’t the issue I recently just got my car back & it is still overheating I’m never car for almost two months & fixed something that probably really wasn’t the issue I recently just got my car back & it is still overheating I’m never taking my car back there again this is ridiculous they literally robbed me out of 1400 dollars telling me all these things were wrong my car n still didn’t fix the issue I don’t recommend anyone coming to them More
