I purchased a 2022 Chevy Silverado from Grubbs Infiniti of Grapevine TX in March 2024 and I was left very unsatisfied. I was an out of state buyer from the internet and was mislead about the condition and of Grapevine TX in March 2024 and I was left very unsatisfied. I was an out of state buyer from the internet and was mislead about the condition and accident history of the vehicle. The truck had a huge dent in the rear bumper that was conveniently left off of the correspondence with the salesperson Gkheria Collins, even though I asked for an accurate description and videos of the vehicle. The manager Sean Sexton was of no help with "my problem now" (a $1500 repair), even with me having to call and leave a message three times to get a response. And the GM, Brendon Porter, never responded even after leaving three messages for him. It took over a month to send the title and I had to call and ask for it, I'm assuming because of my complaint. Look over these vehicles really well if you're out of town and beware of this dealership and their shady tactics. More

Everyone was fantastic. Sean sexton was the best. Very professional yet down to earth kinda guy. Never did he pressure us to buy. He will be our first call when we look for another car. Had the best experience with my out of state purchase from the sales, finance, and service team at Grubbs Infinity. My car arrived in pristine condition and the additional tinting of my windows was the from the sales, finance, and service team at Grubbs Infinity. This place is too busy for the staffing. Waited on hold for 27 minutes before i got hung up on and was told that the person got busy with other work.. Sean was good up until you needed him for help because for 27 minutes before i got hung up on and was told that the person got busy with other work.. Sean was good up until you needed him for help because he stated to call him if for any questions. Could never get ahold of him. Broken promises made by Sean from the get go and Angela in finance made us look like idiots when we told the service department what she stated. We were told by service " finance likes to promise lots of things that they can't actually do, they don't know what we can do." Read that again and think to yourself is this a company you want to do business with? Grubbs should have a reality show with how much each department talks bad about the other. Which makes sense as how we've been inconvenienced by sales, finance & service at this point and we're 4 months deep. Just curious as to what will happen next in our dealing with Grubbs. More
