The whole process was embarrassing for me. They ofer financial services but they do not know how to use it and there was no management to help, it was very unprofessional. When Dave bought his last car at Victory, he absolutely LOVED it...a Grand Highlander Hybrid. When Dave passed away in August, I knew it was way too big for me. Victory was glad to get the trade-in with only a little over 5,000 miles on it and within two hours I had purchased a RAV4 that was being delivered to Victory within a week. Love being notified by text or email that it's time for service! Victory has always been very fair. Thank you for being there for us over the years! More
