My fiancé and I walked in on a random Saturday and the staff that interacted with us were very personable and friendly. We did not have an appointment but we were accommodated as if we did. We were able t staff that interacted with us were very personable and friendly. We did not have an appointment but we were accommodated as if we did. We were able to test drive the car we were interested in and given time alone to discuss and enjoy the vehicle on our own. We loved the car and the experience just added to us subsequently signing on the dotted line. Selena was extremely helpful. She was knowledgeable, patient and personable. She explained and answered all our questions well. Her follow-up the next day was on point. Unfortunat She was knowledgeable, patient and personable. She explained and answered all our questions well. Her follow-up the next day was on point. Unfortunately, we were able to purchase the same Certified Pre-owned model and year Q5, with half the mileage at another Audi dealership for a much lower price. Selena gave us everything we asked for. The car was to our liking with exception to the film covering on the car and that it was about $2000 above our price range. Our new vehicle is not perfect but it came with a significant cost savings. We are sorry we had to walk away from Selena's excellent offer and customer service but we do plan to return to Audi Shrewsbury for or Q5's maintenance. More
