Usually I can get the deal without having to leave and come back. I felt like I was dealing with someone that i never felt with before. Being this was my 4th vehicle with Greg LeBlanc, i felt i should h come back. I felt like I was dealing with someone that i never felt with before. Being this was my 4th vehicle with Greg LeBlanc, i felt i should have been given the BEST deal. Even after agreeing to a price, another sales manager called and offered me $500 more on my trade. THAT made me feel special, even after agreeing to a deal they went a step further. However when I went pick the car up, I was told that was a mistake and the $500 disappeared. So to say I will go back for my next vehicle, probably, but before this experience, I would have said definitely. Hopefully when a sales manager calls and makes a deal, even sweetening an already good deal, mistake or not, your word is your bond and you will honor that deal. I love the car and I like the deal I got. Would have lived the deal with the extra $500. More

Love my service team! This was my 2nd service encounter and I’m so impressed with the speed and quality of service. The service guys are friendly, the women that I checked This was my 2nd service encounter and I’m so impressed with the speed and quality of service. The service guys are friendly, the women that I checked in with is absolutely wonderful and knowledgeable and I can tell she loves her job. For both of my visits I kinda felt like I was a bother to the women that checked me out. I still will give this service a 5 star and will recommend to others. More

I was t Prior to purchasing my 2017 Rav4 at Greg Leblanc I dreaded bringing my car for service. It always either took an hour or I had to drop it off. I was told my 15,000 mile service would take 45 minutes. I decided I'd bring it in after work and wait. I enjoyed a coke and some popcorn while reading. I LOVE the beverage/popcorn bar.) Not even 30 minutes later my Rav4 was done! .. with a wash! The service I received is always great. Thanks! More

Maintenance routine checkup was done poorly Checkup maintenance routine checklist was all checked off as though everything on my car was done and completed. The windshield wiper fluid was not fi Checkup maintenance routine checklist was all checked off as though everything on my car was done and completed. The windshield wiper fluid was not filled up,it was completely empty. I noticed this the following day after service was done. I tried to use wiper fluid to clean windshield and no fluid came out so this got me to thinking what else on the checklist that was marked off and not done properly.. In my option manager should always double check the service guys work. More
