My 2019 Tacoma was brought in for oil and filter change and tire rotation. To the best of my knowledge the work was done adequately. I’ve purchased several vehicles from this dealership and always included an extended warranty. I am unhappy with the dealership and the service department for not covering defective suspension components that clearly created safety issues. They should have insisted the coverage be handled even if they had to do it themselves. More

One of the most frustrating things I’ve experienced when coming in for service is how long it takes. Each time I come in, it’s usually for a routine oil change and tire rotation, but I often end up waiting coming in for service is how long it takes. Each time I come in, it’s usually for a routine oil change and tire rotation, but I often end up waiting anywhere from an hour and 45 minutes to two hours, and sometimes even longer. What makes it especially frustrating is that I make an appointment ahead of time. At my most recent visit, my appointment was scheduled for 3:00 p.m., but my vehicle wasn’t taken into the service area until around 3:35. It makes me question the purpose of scheduling an appointment if the vehicle can’t be taken in reasonably close to the scheduled time. Having to sit and wait that long for an oil change and tire rotation is my biggest complaint. Other than the wait time, I’ve been very satisfied with the service. Everything I ask for gets done, and they do a thorough safety inspection. Overall, the quality of the service is great—I just wish the appointment times were managed better so customers didn’t have to wait so long for routine maintenance. More
