I saw the listing for my new Jeep Compass online via CarGurus. It was listed for a lower price than the car had on its info sheet. At first I was concerned at the price difference and made that known. S CarGurus. It was listed for a lower price than the car had on its info sheet. At first I was concerned at the price difference and made that known. Sergio was great, he reassured me that they would be price matching to the online listing. He was very personable, nice and humble. He did try to offer all the extras, but I politely declined and he didn’t push or become aggressive when I said no. (Which I have seen at other big name car dealers.) There was a bit of a hiccup, when paperwork went back to the financial guy. Which can happen, it can be like a game of telephone, where things can be worded differently or misunderstood. Especially since I used my own lender. We ended up getting corrected and all is good! Bought hard to find Jeep. Salesman was great (Sergio). They brought (over) priced Jeep $ down enough to buy. Now I’m going to spend $2500 to fix: shocks, tires, wipers, chip in windshield, and NO coolant They brought (over) priced Jeep $ down enough to buy. Bad service, will not recommend to anyone took 1hr for someone to help me even though I had an appointment set up already. Loan officer not helpful at all. Asked question he didn't know answers to. He said he'll get back to me Monday and its Wednesday now and still haven't heard from him. Also I didn't notice until days later that they didn't take off $500.00 off from original prices as they had told me, I felt we hot ripped off, will Never go back!! I have always bought my cars at Racine Kia Boucher and will continue to do so. Way better customer service and everyone is friendly and helpful there. And one last thing. I was supposed to have gotten my plates when I purchased truck and they said machine was down. Called to see if machine was up and still haven't gotten a call from dealer. Its been a week now. Hopefully he'll call me this week but I highly doubt it. More
