Took forever for the paper work to get wrote up and the truck wasn’t even ready to leave the dealership and they failed to mention the major oil leak the truck has they said there was some seepage from a g truck wasn’t even ready to leave the dealership and they failed to mention the major oil leak the truck has they said there was some seepage from a gasket but turns out to be a major leak. However the salesman was great. Wouldn’t buy something from them unless it was brand new shotty work done to it. More

Mark, You specifically said you wanted to take the truck with the parts? The service manager specifically spoke with you and explained what was going on. We had yet to fix the vehicle. We advised you we would fix it, but would take some time. You stated you were a 'diesel mechanic' and wanted to do it yourself. We actually gave you the parts to take with you. We were more than willing to fix the vehicle that had not yet been serviced and even offered to do so and bring it to you. The sales process did take some time, due to trying to secure financing for you with a lender that would approve your deal. We are willing to unwind your deal if unhappy. We do not want unhappy customers and are fairly surprised by your review. We rarely allow people to purchase vehicles until we have work completed. Please reach out, so we can take care of the issue!
