On entering the dealership, I was introduced to Seth Elsey, a most personable young man, who brought me in, asked it I needed coffee or something else to drink. I told him I was the one who had talked with him about the 2009 Escape. To my surprise, he had it parked in front of the dealership, and after a short test drive, and completing the transaction, I owned the car. The entire process took less than an hour, and I was treated very professionally by everyone I came in contact with, I would HIGHLY recommend both the dealership, and Mr Elsey. More

Then he followed up with a very nice phone call. This was not my first deal with Toothman Ford sales. We traded in the 1998 Taurus we bought from Toothman in August of 1998.
