Fraud! Against the law what they did to disabled me Absolutely illegal what they are doing. I purchased a warranty, they also told me I had bumper to bumper, they refused to show me the carfacts, my mother had to buy the car facts, that's when we found out the mileage is exempt and all warranties are void! the brand new car was making weird engine noises within first day, they said I could bring it to be serviced, I said I don't have time to get a brand new car serviced my old car worked just fine didn't need serviced.. the man said BYE, so unprofessional and so rude, they were very inconsiderate of my feelings about being there for 4 days and being upset and being lied to, also this was my 2nd purchase from them in 2 days, the first car I almost drove off the lot with, had key marks on the hood and roof of the car, it was covered in black paint so I barely noticed, I cancelled the deal and left and they called the next morning with this "new car" that they committed fraud on someone who is disabled, I thought they were supposed to be Patriots, absolute worst environment and most unprofessional place I've ever been to bad customer service, extremely rude and disrespectful, it was all about them selling a car, they didn't give one crap about the customer, I am disabled and a single mother and they tried to take full advantage of me and Rob me with that void warranty. Then after I had the 2nd car for a whole day and I had been asking for the carfacts which they refused, I informed them that my mother got the carfacts and they said we need you to bring the car back RightNow and we can get you into something else, I said why they kept beating around the bush then they told me that the bank had an interview with me and that I failed that interview with fruity, I said sir you're lying to me again! I never had an interview with any bank, I called a lawyer, this is all fraud and abuse. Forgot the exact words that the attorney called it but it is illegal and especially distressing for someone whom is already disabled and to have to go through this was absolutely awful, also our family lawyer said they've been hearing alot of things about Patriot that sounds like they're doing this to alot of people lately. Today is October 26 2019 I went to the one across from Burger King. Only nice people there that I dealt with were the lady at the desk and a guy named Brandon, the financing were jerks and the boss is the one who looked at me and said BYE! So inconsiderate and rude and downright disrespectful you get a negative 5 stars from me and I hope everyone who reads this is cautious of you and whoever else you did this to and succeeded I hope it comes back around to you. Patriot is just the name. Don't judge a book by its cover. More
