I had to bring my car back because they overfilled it. I waited an hour for them to check it because “they didn’t know I was waiting”. Then I discovered oil on my front seat and oil all over my glove box. I waited an hour for them to check it because “they didn’t know I was waiting”. Then I discovered oil on my front seat and oil all over my glove box. So it’s pretty clear they knew they overfilled the oil but just didn’t care. After all of that my lug nuts were not tighten. The only thing that made the experience enjoyable was my service advisor. Everything else 0/10 very unsafe conditions. More
