This was the best car buying experience that I've ever had. I was transparent with Seth about what I was looking for and willing to spend and he was open and honest about what he could do and we ended up had. On top of that, I appreciate his effort to bring the car to me. I even forgot my progressive snapshot device and he put it in the mail first thing on the next business day. I can't say enough nice things about Seth and the team. Sal was also very pleasant to work with. He answered all of my questions and was able to find solutions to me purchasing the car on the weekend and needing to make a down payment. I am going to be referring more people to this dealership! The delivery process was very smooth, and the final sale transaction was quick and painless- something we have never experienced before. We have had purchases in the past where we literally spent 5 - 6 hours at the dealership going through the purchase process. CDJR and Seth were definitely pleasant and we appreciated their no-pressure approach. Seth even sent us a video introducing himself and showing the van as we were on the road when we decided to go ahead with the purchase. That was going above & beyond and it was greatly appreciated. We will go back to CDJR Brooksville when it is time to purchase another vehicle ! More
