My NEW Subaru Forester I knew I was ready to trade my existing vehicle in and purchase a new safe, reliable vehicle. After researching and with the help of my family and friends I had my selection down to 3 vehicles; the Forester, the Outback and the Honda CRV. I had seen all 3 at the Minnetonka Subaru dealership but did not have enough time to test drive them that day. My good friend highly recommended Seth at the WBL Subaru dealership. Seth had sold both my friend and his son new Subaru vehicles. I decided to stop in and see Seth. What I liked about Seth was that he did not talk badly about his competition and he was honest. My husband recently passed away and I did not feel like I was taken advantage of - the trade in value was higher than I was quoted at a previous dealership and the extended warranty price was also fair. I am know the proud owner of a 2018 Venetian red Subaru Forester and I love it 💕 I must add that the quote I received at the Honda dealership was also very good and I liked the CRV - I just didn’t like the way the salesman talked about the competition - not a “Best Practice” in my book. More

One thing that stood out from other car dealerships was that no one was pushy and the decision to buy the 2018 Crosstrek was all mine. Seth was even able to find exactly what I wanted even though it wasn't in stock when I first came to the dealership. I put a completely refundable payment down on the car and 2 weeks later when it came in I finalized the purchase. During the period of waiting for the car to come in I did a little shopping around at other dealerships to see if I could get a better deal somewhere else. I had no luck... White Bear Subaru was giving me the best deal possible and I am very happy with my decision to buy a car from there. Landon was also great in the financial department. He made buying the car quick and easy and again did not pressure me into adding anything to the car that I didn't want. Overall great experience. More
