It was an excellent experience, starting with a phone call earlier in the day, a return call from the GSM, Seung Lee, then followup texts with the salesman, Luis Gonzalez. I was quite impressed with thos call earlier in the day, a return call from the GSM, Seung Lee, then followup texts with the salesman, Luis Gonzalez. I was quite impressed with those two as well as the gentleman in finance, Mikhail Mazin. We weren't pressured, were offered a fair resolution that seemed to work for both sides when the particular vehicle wasn't quite lining up to our needs, and just had a good feeling that we were being treated honestly. Hidden fees, late title work, and irresponsible. They forgot to collect enough tax for the title work and decided to keep quiet until I found out. Fortunately, the DMV investigated the issue for me. How do you expect the consumer to know which paper work THE DEALER submits to the DMV or what went wrong when they don't inform me? The extra hidden fees are also atrocious itself.
