I called the number,nobody had any idea who I should speak with and then the woman I finally spoke with said she would contact ownership and get back to me in 20 min and have an answer for me because she said she frequently communicates with ownership in her position at the dealership and assured me it would be a very quick process to get back to me with a response....it's been 3 days with absolutely no response.obviously my car at this point has been through service and I'm positive it has begun if not completed it's bodywork process and I will not be able to purchase it back at this point.ive never had so much of my time wasted by any business on the phone and in person to get absolutely no answers or opportunity to come to a resolution that would please both parties.
