I bought a 2022 Nissan frontier and traded my daily driver toward it, the next day I had a little bit of second thoughts and asked if I could possibly buy my trade in back (I still wanted to retain the driver toward it, the next day I had a little bit of second thoughts and asked if I could possibly buy my trade in back (I still wanted to retain the truck I had just purchased) I was told over and over and over again that the only way they would allow that was if it went through the service department and then went to body work and then sold to me at a substantial markup. I understand that I traded the vehicle but to treat a brand new customer like that and not give him the opportunity to buy back a vehicle that they had owned no more than 16 hours ago and tell them that they are going to buy it at an extreme markup it's very unprofessional to me. I feel I should have been given some opportunity even if there was a slight markup for the inconvenience on their part. I was also told during conversations that they would get a hold of me the very next day after speaking with ownership to resolve the situation and I was never given a phone call back. I will never be dealing with them again. Run as fast as far as you can from this dealer, it was extremely unprofessional how they dealt with the situation More

I called the number,nobody had any idea who I should speak with and then the woman I finally spoke with said she would contact ownership and get back to me in 20 min and have an answer for me because she said she frequently communicates with ownership in her position at the dealership and assured me it would be a very quick process to get back to me with a response....it's been 3 days with absolutely no response.obviously my car at this point has been through service and I'm positive it has begun if not completed it's bodywork process and I will not be able to purchase it back at this point.ive never had so much of my time wasted by any business on the phone and in person to get absolutely no answers or opportunity to come to a resolution that would please both parties.
