Shakera was unbelievably helpful. I was pretty picky. I had an ultimate goal in mind. She was extremely accommodating but was also just a very creative thinker. Rather than just sayin I was pretty picky. I had an ultimate goal in mind. She was extremely accommodating but was also just a very creative thinker. Rather than just saying “no we can’t get you what you want at those payments” she would give me options, show me those options, explain the benefits, etc. she made sure that I got what I needed out of my trade in, and also didn’t try to upsell me. She was literally working towards sticking to my budget. Not just selling a car for a profit. Thank you Shakera. It was an amazing experience. More

I was in an accident and with all the stress of that and not having a car to drive and limited on funds. It can be hard to get into something you want. Shakira and Jonathan went to work immediately. I’ve never had a team of people work so hard to make something work for me! I will continue to use them through the years! Wasn't sure I wanted to trade in my 2018 F150 but I thought I would see if there was a reason I was holding on so tightly. Ms. Shakera met me as I was wobbling in on my crutch and she had me sit down thought I would see if there was a reason I was holding on so tightly. Ms. Shakera met me as I was wobbling in on my crutch and she had me sit down and discuss what I was really wanting to accomplish. I explained to her everything I wanted and didn't want to accept anything less because my current pickup (sadly nicknamed "My Buddy") was just perfect for me. She apparently accepted the challenge because before long I was test driving my new pickup. The color, the package and the payment were all within my hopes. Ms. Shakera went above and beyond expectations and truly made the vehicle trade experience worth while. I would refer her to anyone wanting to buy or trade. More
