Shakera took us from leaving out of disappointment because we couldn’t find a used truck like we needed, to driving away after finding us the perfect truck for us! When I say I was leaving, I mean, really told the wife let’s go and try another day. Shakera asked us to give her a minute and next thing I know we are in a test drive. Once we heard the cost of the vehicle, I started to think that we were making the wrong decision. After listening to their offer and experiencing their willingness to help us and deal with us, we ended up driving away in a brand new Ford that day! There were no sales tactics, there was no pressure and it was a very friendly exchange the entire day!
