My vehicle was sitting there for one week waiting for a transmission module, the original customer service person went on vacation, had no clue 🕵️♀️ either. This person took time to look up the progress transmission module, the original customer service person went on vacation, had no clue 🕵️♀️ either. This person took time to look up the progress on my vehicle even though I was not originally his customer. He was efficient, effective and genuinely caring. I never had this person or used him for service before. I am so impressed with how he dealt with me! I couldn’t be happier he put everything in a very positive light by telling me good news…it was covered under warranty. He looked my vehicle up on the computer system, called the technician and gave me the exact time when it would be done and I gave him time to get it written up. It was done by 2 o’clock & he sent a courtesy to pick me up. More
