From beginning to end, super professional sales consultant, Shane, and Financial manager Peter, made the process seamless, quick, and painless. Shane was extremely knowledgeable about the vehicle and answer all questions I asked with great explanation. The financial manager, Peter, had all the paperwork ready and he was straightforward about the numbers and explain everything in detail. It was extremely great pleasure for me to work with these two gentlemen. I highly recommend Shane and Peter if you decided to buy a new car. I’m extremely encouraged myself to write this review for them, even though, neither of them asked me to do this. I did so because their hard work and professionalism should be recognized. From the start, he has been extremely professional and courteous. We first went to test drive a GLS in March 2021, during all the Covid restrictions. He wiped all touchable surfaces in the vehicle we were test driving with a disinfecting wipe and did the same with my driver's license, handing it back to me from the clorox wipe. None of the other dealerships we visited did that. Also, Shane was more knowledegable on the vehicle's features than the sales person we spoke with at the other dealership we were considering. He was not pushy at all, which we greatly appreciated after dealing with the pushy and at times rude staff at Ray Catena in Edison, NJ. Shane's explanation of the vehicles features when I picked it up was very thorough and he instructed me to call with whatever questions I had after I left. He has been extremely helpful ever since picking up my GLS, answering all the many questions I have had regarding the wonderful new features in my new car. I highly recommend buying from this dealership, especially working with Shane Chabot! More

I saved so much money because the car was so competitively priced. Within a couple of hours I was on my way home after purchasing my fourth Mercedes. From beginning to end, my sales consultant, Shane, and the brand manager, Joe, made the process seamless, quick, and painless. Shane was extremely knowledgeable about the vehicle and Joe made the numbers work - no games and no hidden fees. Joe was straightforward about the numbers and within a few minutes, we had a deal. The F&I manager, Peter, had all the paperwork ready and within a few minutes, all was finished. These three (3) gentlemen were outstanding to work with. I highly recommend Joe and Shane.
