From beginning to end, super professional sales consultant, Shane, and Financial manager Peter, made the process seamless, quick, and painless. Shane was extremely knowledgeable about the vehicle and answer all questions I asked with great explanation. The financial manager, Peter, had all the paperwork ready and he was straightforward about the numbers and explain everything in detail. It was extremely great pleasure for me to work with these two gentlemen. I highly recommend Shane and Peter if you decided to buy a new car. From the start, he has been extremely professional and courteous. We first went to test drive a GLS in March 2021, during all the Covid restrictions. He wiped all touchable surfaces in the vehicle we were test driving with a disinfecting wipe and did the same with my driver's license, handing it back to me from the clorox wipe. None of the other dealerships we visited did that. Also, Shane was more knowledegable on the vehicle's features than the sales person we spoke with at the other dealership we were considering. He was not pushy at all, which we greatly appreciated after dealing with the pushy and at times rude staff at Ray Catena in Edison, NJ. Shane's explanation of the vehicles features when I picked it up was very thorough and he instructed me to call with whatever questions I had after I left. He has been extremely helpful ever since picking up my GLS, answering all the many questions I have had regarding the wonderful new features in my new car. I highly recommend buying from this dealership, especially working with Shane Chabot! More
