We were not in a hurry to find a vehicle and he did not pressure us in any way. Within a matter of weeks, he had located an incoming trade which met all of our needs in better condition than we ever expected to find. Because of our experience with Shane, he will be our first phone call when it comes time to replace another vehicle. I was in no hurry to buy a vehicle as my current car (13 years old, 200,000 miles) was still running like a dream but I was getting the itch to have something newer. I did a lot of research on various vehicles and wielded it down to three possibilities. I went for test drives and spoke to salespeople. New Motors was, without a doubt, the easiest place to shop. Everyone was friendly and I never felt any pressure to buy. It was a great experience. As I narrowed in on what I wanted, I made three visits to this dealership within 10 days or so, and each time was as relaxed as the first. When I decided to buy, I was pleasantly surprised how easy and efficient the process was. More

Great experience I was at the end of my lease, and looking for numbers to compare before I did any test drive or look at any cars. Shane listened to me and gave me wh I was at the end of my lease, and looking for numbers to compare before I did any test drive or look at any cars. Shane listened to me and gave me what I asked for. I told him I would get back to him within the week. He didn't bug me or keep reminding. He just waited for me to get back to him. When I was ready for a test drive, he took me out and we just chatted while I experienced the car. He didn't push. After I made my decision, he went to bat for me with the finance department and got me a great deal. I will recommend him to anyone who is looking for a great salesman! More

Everything was simple and easy! I'm a student in the Erie area and when I needed to choose a new vehicle New Motors made everything exceptionally easy. I started, like every student I'm a student in the Erie area and when I needed to choose a new vehicle New Motors made everything exceptionally easy. I started, like every student does, by comparing vehicles online. Keisha helped with getting quotes for not only the vehicles I was interested in but also on my trade in value. She was helpful in navigating my in store experience, test drive and trade in inspection as well. Shane in sales was professional and very helpful when navigating the actual buying process. He kept open lines of communication with both myself and my mother who was driving in from out of state to help with the actual transaction. Shane was well organized and had everything ready to go by the time my mother and I arrived which we both very much appreciated. Allen was very friendly in the finance department and I didn't realize you could made buying a car fun but Allen had us laughing the whole time. He explained everything very well and you could tell he legitimately enjoys his job. He reassured me that after I drove away that New Motors would be there for me in case anything went wrong and I could stop in anytime I waist town! Overall, excellent service from all members of the team! More
