We had an informational visit about a Subaru Outback; he showed me the car and all of its new features in the 2011 model; and then we took the car for a test drive. He and I discussed pricing before I left. I returned after having consulted my husband; we knew we wanted a particular car on the lot. Shane and I arrived at a price (based in part on a trade) that was hard to turn down, and I bought the car. I appreciated the fact that Shane was not pushy but was totally informative. More
