We were there twice to look at cars. We were very pleased with both salesman we talked to. We expected to see Shane when we got there the second time but he had been called out. When Phillip saw our puzzled with both salesman we talked to. We expected to see Shane when we got there the second time but he had been called out. He and I discussed pricing before I left. I returned after having consulted my husband; we knew we wanted a particular car on the lot. Shane and I arrived at a price (based in part on a trade) that was hard to turn down, and I bought the car. I appreciated the fact that Shane was not pushy but was totally informative. More
