I called Symdon looking for a new vehicle. The vehicle wasn't at the site, but the sales associate found the one I was looking at on the website and had it shipped to Symdon. I called ahead and requested to look at an older version of the vehicle I was interested in and my sales associate Larry brought the vehicle to the front entrance and allowed me to take it for a test drive by myself. Larry then continued to call me about the progress of the new version being brought to Symdon. When it arrived, I received a call that it was there. Shane took care of my Mother and I with Financing and we got the vehicle we wanted within a couple of weeks of first contacting Symdon. Larry even took time beyond closing time to go over the features of our new vehicle again. Excellent service and warm and friendly staff all around. Would definitely recommend my friends and family to check out Symdon Cheverolet of Mt. Horeb. More

Searched online for Chevy Volt and I came across two at Symdon in Mt. Horeb. Drove about 60 miles from home to check them out. Was greeted by Aaron Newton. After bit of small talk and introduction he hande Symdon in Mt. Horeb. Drove about 60 miles from home to check them out. Was greeted by Aaron Newton. After bit of small talk and introduction he handed me the keys to one and let me go for a test drive. No pushy salesman talk just asked me what I thought and asked if we were interested. Aaron was very low key as we discussed the purchase options. Since this Volt was a Chevy Certified, he went over the details of the perks that came with the purchase like extended warranty. i told him what I wanted to make in monthly payments and trade on my car. He came back with the numbers that I wanted and said he would have the car ready to pick up when I wanted. Delivery and signing the papers was painless. Overall it was a great experience. I would probably do it again, but going to wait a bit and enjoy my "new" Volt. Five stars go to Aaron for his friendliness and knowledge. Gave Shane in finance 1 star less because the finance guys always start out with add-on warranty that gets the monthly payments up past what I really wanted. But we did come down to where we wanted and drove away. More
