Good but disappointing Aaron the salesman was very nice to work with. Shane in financing was also very nice to work with. However, the detailing was a little shoddy. We said Aaron the salesman was very nice to work with. Shane in financing was also very nice to work with. However, the detailing was a little shoddy. We said it was dirty before buying it and was told it would be detailed. When we got home we noticed the cup holders in the backseat weren't wiped down or cleaned out. When we moved the back seat forward there's a little section there that was not cleaned or vacuumed. It was sandy, dirty, money was in there etc. The windows kind of looked like they were cleaned with a dirty rag. More

Best all around experience I have been coming to Symdons in Mt Horeb for years mainly because of the service department. It has been eight years since I got a new vehicle but I never even considered anyplace else because of the service. I was very pleased with Larry Smith and Shane Jenkins. I never felt pressured at all in any of my dealings with them. Larry went over all the features of my car both when I test drove it and after I had purchased it. Just a good all around experience as always. More
