From the moment I walked in to Symdon's I was met with a different feeling than the car dealers that I have been to in the past. I didn't get the overwhelming sense of someone simply trying to make a sale. Shane McCully helped me out and he was just a lot more approachable than other salesmen that I have encountered in the past. I explained my needs and he pointed me in the direction of a few new and used trucks. He was very meticulous in detailing the merits of each vehicle and helped me to pare things to a couple different options. The employees at Symdon's are just better people. They are interested in more than just selling a car. They're interested in who you are. Shane and I talked about bikes, kids, and the Packers all while filling in spaces with truck details. Even on the test drive the sense was of a couple guys just hanging out. It was pretty cool. I ended up choosing a sweet, new 2017 Silverado 2500HD which Shane expedited via texting, emails and very quick responses. Loved the efficiency and attention to detail. In fact, they closed the deal within 24 hours so I could get the truck before a long weekend camping trip! To top things off they maximized the Chevrolet and in-house incentives and rebates so I could get great value! When I returned to pick it up they offered to even help out with my children's school auction! They donated a really slick package of Chevrolet gear to be used as an auction item to raise funds for my kids' school. The sale was a selfless easy experience right down to the final paperwork. Shane Jenkins provided excellent financial assistance and got me a great rate as well! He was not the stereotypical salesman who's main motive is to push products. Just information and the freedom to choose what was right for me. In summary, I HIGHLY recommend Symdon's in Mt Horeb! The experience was a totally different one from my past experience with car dealers who just viewed me as a number. Kudos to the entire staff at Symdon's Chevrolet! You guys have a customer for life! More

Best car-buying experience ever!! I was near the end of a current lease and looking at options available to me. After visiting several dealerships and being lied to about discounts and I was near the end of a current lease and looking at options available to me. After visiting several dealerships and being lied to about discounts and trying to be forced into a vehicle that I didn't want, I decided to visit Symdon Motors. Upon arrival at Symdon, I was greeted by one of their amazing salesman by the name of Aaron. All of my options were presented to me and details about the vehicle that I fell in love with were presented in great detail. Aaron was so helpful and very knowledgeable. The manager (Dan) and Aaron were great to work with and went above and beyond what I had expected or even thought was possible from a dealership and did things for me that I wasn't expecting and made this the best car-buying experience I've ever had. I was SO SO impressed with Symdon and all of it's employees that I worked with and will return to Symdon to work with Aaron for all of the rest of my car purchases. More

Fantastic help! I went to Symdon Motors after my previous car, also from Symdon, died. I was pretty attached to my old car (a 2006 Equinox), as I am in my car all day I went to Symdon Motors after my previous car, also from Symdon, died. I was pretty attached to my old car (a 2006 Equinox), as I am in my car all day, almost everyday and went on trips to Canada, the East Coast, and Louisiana with it. I always trusted that my car would get me wherever I needed to go and I knew that when I was in it, I was safe. When Old Blue finally kicked the can, I was in panic mode to figure out what to do next. That's where Symdon stepped in. Tim in sales helped me find a great deal. We went over the pros and cons of a couple different types of cars, but, of course, I went with another Equinox. :) More
