I would rate my overall experience significantly lower than expected due to the way my warranty concerns were handled after purchasing my new Dodge Durango. While the sales process was positive, my experience with the Service Department was extremely disappointing. My vehicle experienced warranty-related issues shortly after purchase, and instead of feeling supported, I felt dismissed. The Director of Service, Shane, was unprofessional, discourteous, and unwilling to provide the level of customer service I expected from a dealership representing the Dodge brand. Rather than demonstrating empathy or a commitment to resolving my concerns, his communication made me feel like I was an inconvenience for requesting warranty repairs on a brand-new vehicle. Purchasing a new vehicle should come with confidence that the dealership will stand behind both the product and the customer. Unfortunately, my experience did not reflect that. Warranty issues can happen with any vehicle, but how a dealership responds is what defines the customer experience. In my case, the handling of the situation significantly diminished my trust in the dealership. I hope this feedback is taken seriously and used as an opportunity to improve customer service within the Service Department, particularly in how warranty concerns are communicated and managed. Customers who invest in a new vehicle deserve to be treated with professionalism, respect, and a genuine commitment to resolving their concerns. I would not hesitate to purchase another Dodge vehicle, but I would strongly reconsider returning to this dealership for service unless meaningful changes are made. More
