Every step of the process was done with great care to detail. Each individual I dealt with explained their job & how it played into my purchase of a vehicle. Shane Sunderlin helped me as the saleman, showing me the vehicle I was interested in & went over every detail after the purchase & before I drove it off the lot Mark Mears was extremely helpful in getting me an offer that I could approve,; Michael Smith was very thorough through the business & financial end of things, plus explaining the extended warranty & meeting Bob Windemuth eased any fears I might of had about any service that might need to be done. The only thing left to discover is if my new Honda can live up to the standards set by this excellent staff. More
