Had my vehicle in for a recall, oil change, and tire rotation. I had asked for them to check the vehicle out because I noticed an intermittent squeak when turning the steering wheel. After the oil change they inspected and said I needed new rotors all the way around for the price of $900+. I had a complete brake job done a year ago in June at an independent shop, (total job was $700). So I politely declined the service suggestion. We left for vacation the following week and my husband checked the tire pressure all around and noticed I was missing a lug nut, and 2 more were loose. Lastly, the change oil light came on this past week, which means it was never reset( not a big deal, but one more aggravating detail). I don’t think we will be back, except for necessary safety recalls. More
