Customer for life I hate car buying and my last experience made it even worse. When my husband and I pulled into your dealership I actually made a comment that the shar I hate car buying and my last experience made it even worse. When my husband and I pulled into your dealership I actually made a comment that the sharks would soon be circling us and my stomach was knotted but it was all for nothing. Shannon, our salesman, was awesome. At no time did he make us feel small and unworthy of being there; in fact, no one did. Everyone was friendly, knowledgeable, personable and approachable. An evening of dread culminated in excitement and I walked away from the process singing the praises of Nissan, Nissan of Gadsden, Shannon and Riley in financing. Our salesman sent me videos, up close pictures and answered questions to the extent I felt confident to travel for the vehicle. On Friday night we were stuck in traffic on our way to pick the vehicle up. Our salesman and his manager stayed an hour late (8pm on a Friday night) to wait for us as we made our way there.
