I researched many cars online and actually went to another dealership first. I found a few that I liked at your dealership and messaged you. I had an instant response and a COVID ready appt set up f another dealership first. I found a few that I liked at your dealership and messaged you. I had an instant response and a COVID ready appt set up for a test drive at the time that worked for me. I was fortunate to have Shannon as my car buying assistant. He was AWESOME! This was a big purchase for my family and Shannon knew every detail of the car I was interested in and my budget. I waffled back and forth,test drove a few others and I was NEVER pressured or hassled at all. He was busy but never tried to persuade me. It took me 5 days to choose my vehicle but Shannon was there answering any questions about the vehicle and just a pure pleasure to talk to. I love my new "used" car. Shannon went above and beyond to show me and my teen daughter how to use the display screen,even on his day off!!! He is a true GEM!!!
