Shannon Whitener is terrific! I immediately felt comfortable with her. She answered my questions and gave me valuable information about the cars I was test driving. She didn't try to sell me a car, comfortable with her. She answered my questions and gave me valuable information about the cars I was test driving. She didn't try to sell me a car, but rather let the car sell itself. Talk about no pressure—she listened to what I was looking for in a car and made suggestions accordingly. I have to admit that I like my new-to-me Mazda, but I still miss my Focus Hatchback. I have always been hesitant to shop for a car at a dealership; I always thought their prices were too high. However, I will go back to Shannon the next time I need a car. More

We had a terrific experience with Shannon at Vic Bailey. She was an exceptional listener and helped us find a car that worked with our budget. The customer waiting area was clean and comfortable. I liked She was an exceptional listener and helped us find a car that worked with our budget. The customer waiting area was clean and comfortable. I liked that we weren't hounded by salesmen. Shannon let us wonder around and look at the cars. The servicing department was very friendly as well. We bought a 2008 Mazda and a few things were serviced for us. Servicing listened and actually called me to tell me they found another problem and that they would take care of that for us as well. We were very impressed. More
