I have have had great service at Toyota Midland. My last service was scheduled on a Saturday, February 7th and Joshua my service manger was super. The service department was swamped and very busy. I was in and out quickly and I believe that was because I made an appointment. Joshua explained what had been done to me and made suggestions on other things that should be addressed. I was very pleased. This is not the only occasion that I had been pleased with the service. A few months back I had to have the battery replaced (not a speedy process by any means because it is a special battery) and Carlos and a master mechanic (did not get his name) worked wonders. I was exceptionally pleased on how professionally that was taken care of. I am so impressed with the service. Truly the knowledge and skills of the people working in service will certainly bring you back. More

Absolute swindlers. Master Toyota technician completely destroyed my brand new 2024 tundra. Put me and my family at risk by bot a brake line when a lift kit was put on T Master Toyota technician completely destroyed my brand new 2024 tundra. Put me and my family at risk by bot a brake line when a lift kit was put on Toyota OEM parts by a Toyota Master technician. Confronted the dealership and they put their heads in the sand had to get Toyota corporate involved for multiple issues with the botched install of the Lift kit which was put on before I purchased the vehicle brand new. After dealing with Toyota corporate for several months my truck was repaired. The case manager for Toyota and several other representatives, Toyota corporate, stated that Midland Toyota has multiple corporate complaints due to botched installs and countless other issues. Do yourself a favor and do not even give this dealership a second glance. With all the issues that Toyota is going through right now do you want a dealership that’s gonna work with you not one it’s gonna run away at the first sign of a problem. they’re only job at this dealership is to overcharge you for their vehicles and then they’re done with you. Absolutely disgusting customer service and accountability. More
