This was all new to me and she was so nice and did not make me nervous at all. She told me the things I would need to do and to get and she made sure I understood everything. She is the first person that made sure I knew what they were talking about and she made me feel like I was important and not just another kid. Above and Beyond I would just like to take a moment to express the positive experience I had with my son while he was purchasing his very first car. What could have turned out to be a disappointing experience turn in to a positive and confidence building one and I have to thank the lady that walked him through this start to finish. Shari McKilligan spent time going over all of the steps with him, and explained issues that might arise from my son being a 20 year old that has not had a chance to establish his credit yet. And these issues did arise, but Shari contacted my son promptly and explained clearly to him any documents he might need and she was so patient with him. With her hard work and respect she showed to my son, he went from a 20 year old kid to a confident & responsible young man over night. And he is taking this responsibility seriously. Our sales rep had to leave unexpectedly and a senior staff stepped right up and walked us through the purchase. Appears to be good team chemistry in this dealership . No pressure to buy new or more expensive used vehicle. Additional services offered at a discount ( warranyy and undercoating) would happily return to this dealership next time in the market for a car. More
