I was forced to submit a review by sales person Sharon prior to being allowed to leave. So def not 4*. Based on this experience I wouldn’t come back to your dealership. It was not a good experience. Very hard sell, very transparent “used car” bullshit sales job by Mike & Sharon, was totally unnecessary, as we sought out you & the vehicle. I’m also looking for an explorer, but def not from your dealer after this crazy experience. Whatever, you got one sale from me. Had I been treated with respect, it could have been 2.
