Jon Ayala is the service advisor I normally deal with, and he is extremely knowledgeable and helpful. I am a sales rep that covers a 7 state territory in the Northeast and my Civic is high mileage. I ne and he is extremely knowledgeable and helpful. I am a sales rep that covers a 7 state territory in the Northeast and my Civic is high mileage. I need to safely be able to travel long distances in a dependable vehicle. I also rely on my Civic to perform reliably when I am in high crime neighborhoods such as the Bronx because if my car breaks down my well being could be jeopardized. Kira Bueti and the staff of advisors are my pit crew and I trust them to keep my 2016 Civic in top shape. Lia Honda Service department is my dealership of choice for any work my car requires because of the staff in the service department. Keep up the good work! More
