Ben, we're sorry we weren't able to come to an agreement. Our documentation fee is disclosed upfront and is charged consistently on every transaction. Transparency is important to us, which is why we do not hide fees or add surprise charges during the purchase process. In fact, our documentation fee is the only dealer fee we charge, unlike many dealerships that may add additional fees for dealer preparation, electronic filing, reconditioning, market adjustments, or other items. While you're certainly free to disagree with dealership fees, ours was never hidden or added unexpectedly during the process. Regarding the vehicle you referenced, we encourage every customer to thoroughly inspect and test drive any pre-owned vehicle before making a purchase decision. If concerns are identified, we welcome the opportunity to discuss them before a transaction is completed. We also believe that productive conversations require mutual respect from everyone involved. Unfortunately, this interaction reached a point where it was clear we were not going to be able to earn your business, and sometimes the best outcome is to respectfully part ways.
