The vehicle you purchased was part of our wholesale inventory and was sold as-is at a price point of approximately $3,500. As part of that process, customers review and sign documentation explaining that these vehicles have received a safety inspection but have not undergone reconditioning, and that immediate repairs may be necessary after purchase.
We certainly understand your frustration regarding the air conditioning and radio concerns. However, given the age, condition, and pricing of wholesale vehicles, those items are reflected in the as-is nature of the sale.
