Hello, I have sent an email to you before and someone responded trying to sell me another car. It's very simple, William has not made good on any of the items we agreed on. He has given me plenty of excuses and changed what he said he was going to do. I agreed to the full asking price of the vehicle and said I would like these 3 items included, he said yes and I would have them the next week. Now he's saying the fob can be sent to me and I have to get it programmed on my own, that was not the case at the time of sale. I know now that I should have had these items in the sales contract so this would not happen. So much for an honest salesman.
