Have had the best service starting even before our purchase with Cade in sales. Shaun in service was pleasant and thorough explaining what was going on and giving me a tour so I knew where to go. I received a text from Robert however this survey appears to be for Shaun. So let me cover everyone who assisted me for this visit and the visit leading up to it. Shaun and Levi assisted me with scheduli to be for Shaun. So let me cover everyone who assisted me for this visit and the visit leading up to it. Shaun and Levi assisted me with scheduling my installation of the running boards as well as the add-on of the oil change. They both assisted in one way or the other with drop off, providing a car, communicating when my vehicle was ready and caring for me at pick up. Adding a note that the office staff always is friendly when I head in to see them for keys and make payment. Always grateful for a happy person with a smile. I am assuming Robert was my tech. I'm not sure if the same tech installed my new running boards and did my oil change but I can say the service was top notch on both services. I would also like to give a quick kudos to Joe in parts for working with me to figure out what running boards would work best with my truck and getting them ordered. More
