I strongly advise caution before doing business with this dealership. I paid cash for a new GMC Acadia on May 29, 2025, and have yet to receive the vehicle title. Despite repeated attempts to contact the sales representative, Jose Lopez, via phone and text over the past three days, I have received no response. I also called the dealership and was directed to the finance manager, who was dismissive and unprofessional. He claimed that they have up to 90 days to release the title, citing his 35 years of experience. I requested a follow-up from both the owner and general manager, but to date, neither has contacted me. This lack of communication and failure to provide essential documentation is unacceptable and deeply disappointing. I expected better service and accountability from a business handling such significant transactions. More
