They call you every 30 minutes when they are trying to make a sale, but act like you don’t exist once they have. They have charged me a ridiculous amount of money to add steps on my truck, and now I can’t make a sale, but act like you don’t exist once they have. They have charged me a ridiculous amount of money to add steps on my truck, and now I can’t get anyone there to tell when they’re going to install them, or give me my money back, so that I can get it done somewhere else. I am beginning to think that I may need to get the law involved at this point. Customer service after the sale is awful, to say the least. Should have gone to Town Center. More
