Shawn lied to us throughout the entire process and tried to get away with covering up parts and systems that were not fixed in the collision shop. The vehicle was in and out of the shop for almost two mont to get away with covering up parts and systems that were not fixed in the collision shop. The vehicle was in and out of the shop for almost two months, and still had issues related to the accident that Shawn refused to have the dealership fix. We ended up having to sell the vehicle as a result of his and the dealers poor work. Will never do business here again. More

The body shop at this dealership is a NIGHTMARE! The receptionist is rude and always confused. Bryan Stier never answers his phone and does not give updates and Mike the manager is just awful. They have had my car over 3 months and when I called today to get an update they Finally said it was done just needed to be detailed. When I got there my car was a mess!!! Fish eyes in the paint, scratches in the grille and my hood looks like a rag covered in rocks washed it. After waiting 30 minutes for someone to walk around my car with me I just left. Terrible place terrible service terrible people More

My car was in a car accident and I took my car to Surburban Ford Collision Shop. Mr. Shaun Vesley was the one that handle my claim. He was very good he got me in for the repairs. He kept me up to dat Surburban Ford Collision Shop. Mr. Shaun Vesley was the one that handle my claim. He was very good he got me in for the repairs. He kept me up to date on everything that was happening with my car repairs. I was very disappointed in Progressive Insurance and The Warren Police Department how they handle my case. But Shaun was the only good thing that happen with my accident. He was very professional and thorough with my claim. More
