I was having trouble with other dealers when trying to apply a state rebate, and Jill invited me in and we had no problems at all. My only recommendation for customers is to pay close attention when working with the finance office on the “EasyCare” “CPOWrap” and GAP coverages - nothing different from other dealers. It’s just that it wasn’t explained that clearly (it was not Bill, but someone who seemed a bit inexperienced). Otherwise, I highly recommend and would buy another Chevy from them! Hometown proud!
