This was the first visit to a dealership where I was not stressed out and feeling like someone was trying to rip me off. I actually had fun! We are repeat customers and had a fantastic experience last time, but not this time. Our salesperson Kristin was difficult to work with and it was a struggle to get straight answers about the cost and ter last time, but not this time. Our salesperson Kristin was difficult to work with and it was a struggle to get straight answers about the cost and terms of the deal. We chose her because of the number of good reviews, but we won’t deal with her again if we ever go back to Executive again. Things improved once the managers got involved, but there were mistakes in the paperwork and we had to re-sign the paperwork 4 times. Mary tried her best and was very nice, but it seems like there are some issues going on behind the scenes. Overall, we would have to seriously consider whether or not we would go back to this dealer. The car is nice, but getting the deal completed was a real challenge. More
