Service department is great but after buying 4 or 5 cars there the sales department is drastically worse. The process is now pressuring and not a straight forward experience. A very negative experience compared to my previous 10 years buying cars there. More

Things that were discussed at closing time for the purchase of car were not followed through. Texting customers is UNPROFESSIONAL when things need to be discussed.
